Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture “Natural Ramen Kagura”Although it was a take-out business that was usually open from June due to the influence of corona, I was able to come today today because it was difficult to meet the timing.This is my first time eating at a store.Even if I staggered the time and went to 13:30, they were still in line.Michelin's Bib Gourmand, Tabelog 100 famous shops, and many others, the most famous shop in Ishikawa Prefecture.The menu has changed from before and "Kagurusoba" has been changed to "Special ●●".I want to eat all of them, and I want to eat the limited Tantan noodles, but today, my favorite niboshi are "special niboshi" and "char siu rice".This is amazing. It is the most delicious with the dried sardines so far.It has a neutral tone and no astringency.Soup, noodles, 2 types of char siu, Wonton, Ajitama.Everything is perfect.I want to eat here all the food I have in Kanazawa.

Amazing quality ramen with delicious soup which is full of flavour yet not making you thirsty. Service is top notch and the chef is friendly and happy to share with customers his experiences.
